We are launching a new Commercial (B2B) Debt Collection Agency and are seeking an experienced leader to build and scale the business from the ground up. This is a founder-level leadership role with full ownership of operations, business development, compliance, team building, and profitability.

• Build and lead the commercial debt collection operation end-to-end.
• Develop collection strategies, workflows, KPIs, and operational processes.
• Recruit, train, and manage high-performing collections teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state licensing and commercial collection regulations.
• Drive new client acquisition and manage key customer relationships.
• Own agency P&L, revenue growth, and operational performance.
• Establish partnerships with legal firms, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in debt collections, preferably Commercial/B2B Collections.
• Experience with collections platforms such as CollectMax, Quantrax, Simplicity, or similar.
• Knowledge of commercial credit bureaus (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet).
